Repair with Staples
Repair by stapling consists of inserting shapes stainless steel staples, heated by electrodes, into the middle of the break. This process creates a strong reinforcement and is applicable to thermoplastics and thermosets.
Pre-Cut staples are specially design to avoid cutting after insertion. They break at the pre-etched point and remain below the plastic level, preventing the cut stems from coming out at the grinding stage.
